Facilities Manager Requirements & Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of experience in facilities, engineering, or maintenance operations in hospitality, luxury residential, or private club settings

• Working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, water treatment, and pool/spa systems

• Ability to oversee multiple maintenance areas safely and efficiently

• Leadership experience, including supervising teams and coordinating projects

• Experience implementing preventive maintenance programs and operational systems

• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills

• Ability to work some evenings, weekends, or on-call as needed

Facilities Manager Preferred Background & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred)

• Certifications such as EPA, CPO, or boiler license (preferred)

• Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)

• Prior experience in luxury resorts, private clubs, or high-end residential properties

• Project management experience, including minor renovations or capital projects

• Knowledge of safety and regulatory compliance in hospitality settings

• Commitment to fostering a positive team culture and delivering exceptional guest/member experiences
