We are a resort hotel in north San Diego County, with a celebrated culinary program that is looking for an Executive Sous Chef to complement the Executive Chef in the operation. This person must have exceptional business acumen and the ability to cost recipes, menu items, menus, outlets, and service programs, schedule the team to a budget, manage the sous chefs, and ensure consistency in the products.
