CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

We are seeking a CFO with exceptional financial, strategic, and operational leadership skills to scale our eCommerce operations, accelerate revenue growth, and execute high-impact deployments.
THE OPPORTUNITY
Reporting directly to the CEO, the CFO will be a decisive, data-driven leader who blends strategic vision with hands-on execution. This role will drive measurable growth, optimize capital deployment, and strengthen operational performance across all business units.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead, mentor, and develop finance, compliance, and analytics teams.
- Direct capital allocation for acquisitions and major growth initiatives.
- Maintain investor and lender relationships to ensure optimal capitalization.
- Improve logistics efficiency, vendor terms, and fulfillment performance.
- Leverage data and analytics to enhance decision-making and competitive advantage.
- Launch and scale new revenue streams with speed and precision.
- Oversee due diligence, deal execution, and integration for acquisitions.
- Build a deep understanding of business economics to prioritize high-ROI initiatives.
