Our client is seeking a Regional Industrial Project Manager to lead operations. This role oversees regional project execution, sales development, financial performance, and team leadership—with a strong focus on safety and customer satisfaction.
Regional Industrial Project Manager Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and maintain a strong safety culture
- Lead regional sales strategy and business development
- Analyze markets and monitor competitor activities
- Oversee financial performance, budgets, and project metrics
- Recruit, mentor, and develop project managers and field staff
- Build and manage customer relationships
- Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic planning and goal setting
Regional Industrial Project Manager Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field preferred, or 5+ years’ industrial project management experience
- Minimum 3 years in INDUSTRIAL CONTRACTING
- OSHA 30 certification (or ability to obtain within 60 days)
- Strong team leadership and multi-project management experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Project, and Outlook
- Clean driving record and ability to participate in company auto insurance policy
- Strong career progression including solid work tenure
- Ability and desire to work a flexible schedule including some regional travel
