We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon to join an established practice in Ashland, Kentucky. This position is part of a planned succession, with senior surgeons preparing for retirement — creating an immediate need and a strong opportunity for a new surgeon to inherit patient volume and referral relationships.
Located on the Ohio River, Ashland offers the benefits of a close-knit community while drawing patients from the surrounding tri-state area of Kentucky, Ohio, and West Virginia. Compensation & Benefits
This opportunity includes one of the most competitive compensation and benefits packages in oral surgery today:
- $600,000 annual advance salary (bi-weekly payments) against 35% of collections — typical annual earnings $1M–$3M+.
- $50,000 sign-on bonus ($25K at contract signing, $25K on start date).
- Student loan assistance up to $300,000 ($100K per year, years 2–4).
- Relocation assistance up to $10,000.

- $60,000 Life/AD&D policy plus short- and long-term disability.
- $13,700 medical reimbursement annually.

Qualifications (Required)
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery (OMS).
- Ability to obtain in Kentucky:
- Dental license.
- Sedation/general anesthesia permit.
- OMSNIC malpractice insurance coverage.
