Sales Executive – USA: Benefits and Compensation

Sales Executive – USA: Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of proven success in B2B sales or business development
- Track record of exceeding sales goals in sectors such as sports, technology, fitness, or training
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and build a territory from the ground up
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Willing and able to travel frequently (regionally and nationally)
- Comfortable with pipeline tracking, reporting, and remote collaboration
Must Haves
- Own the entire sales cycle—from lead generation and cold outreach to pitch, demo, and close
- Develop relationships with sports academies, high-performance training centers, and commercial venues
- Attend trade shows and events; represent the brand as a subject matter expert
- Identify local manufacturing or logistics partners to support U.S. operations
- Regularly report market feedback, sales progress, and pipeline health to HQ
- Adapt sales messaging and strategy to different verticals including esports, wellness, and hospitality
Sales Executive – USA: Preferred Background & Skills
- Experience working with professional or youth soccer clubs in the U.S.
- Familiarity with athletic programs in schools, colleges, or training centers
- Existing relationships within the U.S. sports, education, or performance tech sectors
- Exposure to manufacturing or supply chain operations
- Passion for performance, innovation, and sports development at all levels
