Restaurant General Manager – Requirements & Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a General Manager in fast-casual or polished full-service concepts
- Proven ability to lead operations and drive strong financial performance
- Track record of upward mobility and tenure in past roles
- Experience managing full P&L, labor, inventory, and guest satisfaction
- Strong catering management experience – 30% of location’s revenue comes from catering
Must Haves:
- Ability to build and develop high-performing teams through recruiting, training, and mentoring
- Commitment to maintaining brand standards, food quality, and a consistent guest experience
- Ability to balance in-store operations with off-premise catering coordination
- Comfort with interpreting and acting on KPIs to drive results
- Leads by example to uphold company values and culture
Restaurant General Manager – Preferred Background & Skills:
- Experience with community engagement and local store marketing
- Background working in multi-unit brands or companies with structured systems
- Familiarity with catering software, delivery logistics, and order fulfillment
- Bilingual or multilingual a plus
- Strong references demonstrating leadership, accountability, and results
