Finance Manager Responsibilities:
- Oversee finance and accounting for select Private Credit funds, including financial reporting, quarterly updates, and year-end audits.
- Collaborate with the Investor Product Team to prepare and review investor communications.
- Manage internal finance staff and third-party administrators, ensuring operational efficiency.
- Review fund structures and regulatory implications in collaboration with Legal, Tax, and Compliance teams.
- Supervise capital allocations, incentive fee calculations, NAV packages, and fund expense approvals.
- Promote excellence, development, and collaboration across the finance team.
- Maintain awareness of industry trends and regulatory changes.
- Liaise with auditors, custodians, and administrators to ensure seamless fund operations.
Finance Manager Qualifications:
- 6–10 years of experience in investment advisory or public accounting within asset management or financial services.
- Direct experience with private credit, direct lending, or mezzanine loan strategies.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and initiative; comfortable working under deadlines.
- Proficient in interpreting complex legal and financial documents.
- Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills across all levels.
- Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier institution; MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive base salary 130k-150k
