We are looking for a dynamic Senior Vice President of Global Finance & Strategy to lead our finance and accounting operations across four global entities. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic and results-driven executive to shape the financial future of a rapidly growing company.

What You’ll Do:
- Lead Global Finance & Strategy: Own the financial operations across multiple entities, driving profitability, tax optimization, and long-term financial sustainability.
- Optimize Financial Planning & Reporting: Oversee month-end close processes, balance sheet reconciliations, inter-company transactions, and financial reporting for both domestic and international entities.
- Strategic Decision-Making: Collaborate with our executive team to drive major financial strategies, from cash forecasting to M&A planning, all while ensuring compliance with GAAP, IFRS, and other regulatory standards.
- Inspire & Lead: Manage and mentor a high-performance team, developing future finance leaders while promoting a culture of collaboration and growth.
- Shape Financial Strategy: Work closely with the EVP of Strategy to align financial goals with the company’s overall vision, preparing for major milestones, including S-Corp to C-Corp transitions.
What We’re Looking For:
- Leadership Experience: 10+ years in global finance, with at least 8 years in a senior leadership role.
- Technical Expertise: Expertise in GAAP, IFRS, and ERP systems (preferably SAP Business One). You should be a wizard with Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
- Strategic Vision: A forward-thinking leader who can drive financial transformation and lead multi-entity teams toward success.
- Relationship-Building Skills: Strong communicator, adept at building relationships with key stakeholders including auditors, tax advisors, and financial institutions.
- Cultural Fit: A positive, growth-driven mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability. You thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and have the emotional intelligence to lead and inspire diverse teams.
