Benefits and Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years’ signage fabrication experience and 5+ years in leadership or production management
- Knowledge of signage fabrication, finishing, installation, electrical assembly, lighting, and UL approval process
- Proven leadership and team motivation skills

Responsibilities:
- Lead production team to ensure quality and timely project completion
- Oversee electrical assembly and UL compliance
- Manage quality control, materials inventory, and waste reduction
- Coordinate with design and installation teams
- Troubleshoot production issues and train junior staff
