Dispatcher – Petroleum Transportation
Location: Ponca City / Blackwell, OK (Preference: Ponca City/Blackwell area)
Schedule: Full-Time, rotating schedule with weekend availability

Dispatcher – Key Responsibilities:
- Manage workforce and equipment to achieve daily production goals
- Prevent service failures through effective dispatching of drivers
- Supervise scheduling and coordination of shipments
- Maintain daily communication with customers to assess fuel needs, market trends, and availability
- Deliver exceptional customer service and foster long-term client relationships
- Create and maintain a positive, high-performance work culture with professional communication
- Work approximately 50–55 hours per week, including weekend rotation with other dispatchers
Dispatcher – Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience in the delivery/trucking industry required
- Dispatching or customer service experience preferred
- Strong computer skills (intermediate level or higher)
- Ability to evaluate alternatives and make value-based decisions considering cost, customer expectations, and driver needs
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with proven initiative
- Ability to function effectively in a high-stress environment
- Must pass background check and drug test
Physical Requirements:
- Hand steadiness and finger dexterity to use keyboard and phone
- Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs
- Walking, standing, sitting, and reaching as needed
- Sufficient vision, speech, and hearing to perform essential duties
