Qualifications:
- 10+ years of engineering experience, including 5+ years in leadership
- Strong background in mechanical, optical, or electronics design
- Proven success managing cross-functional engineering teams
- Startup experience preferred
- Must be on-site in Nashville (no remote, no visa sponsorship)
Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers and technicians
- Manage projects for chemical concentration measurement instruments
- Ensure projects meet deadlines, budgets, and quality goals
- Collaborate with executives, product management, and customers
