We’re on the hunt for an exceptional Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to supercharge our leadership team. If you’re a strategic finance leader with a proven track record of steering organizations toward growth, driving M&A success, and transforming finance operations through technology—this role is your next big move.
As our CFO, you’ll be the architect of our financial strategy, ensuring long-term financial health while fueling expansion and innovation. You’ll work closely with executives, operations, and IT to deliver results that make a measurable impact.
What You’ll Do:
- Design and execute financial strategies aligned with company growth goals
- Lead planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting across a nationwide operation
- Oversee high-volume accounting functions, financial controls, and technical accounting
- Manage IT operations and champion process automation
- Partner with supply chain to optimize financial performance
- Drive revenue management, cost controls, and operational efficiency
- Lead mergers & acquisitions strategy and execution to accelerate growth
What We’re Looking For:
- CPA (active) + MBA strongly preferred
- 9+ years of multi-entity finance leadership experience
- 10+ years supporting nationwide organizations
- 7+ years managing IT teams and system automation
- 5+ years as CFO in a billion-dollar organization
- Hands-on M&A leadership experience (integration, a plus)
- A dynamic communicator and trusted business partner with strong negotiation skills
