We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager in our historic family friendly environment. The facility located between the Bay Area and the Central Valley of CA. The Restaurant Manager oversees all front-of-house operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, effective team leadership, controlled beverage costs, and seamless service delivery.

Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:
- Manage Front-of-House Operations: Handle daily service tasks like scheduling, staffing, training, and running the floor to keep everything running smoothly and consistently.
- Build and Support the Team: Hire, train, and support a team of over 40 staff members, creating a positive and professional work environment focused on great service and teamwork.
- Focus on Guest Experience: Be present during busy times to help the team, solve guest issues quickly and professionally, and make sure guests have a great experience.
- Control Costs and Follow Rules: Keep track of beverage inventory and costs, and make sure the restaurant follows all alcohol, health, and labor laws.
- Work as a Team Leader: Work closely with the Chef and leadership team to improve food and service quality, manage vendors, and find ways to grow revenue and guest satisfaction.
Restaurant ManagerQualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality, or related field preferred.
- ServSafe Food Manager Certification required.
- Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) Certification required.
- At least 5 years of restaurant management experience including leading teams and providing great guest service.
- Good understanding of beverage operations and controlling costs.
- Knowledge of alcohol laws, RBS rules, and California labor laws.
- Able to work weekends, holidays, and busy times.
- Bonus if you’ve managed more than one location or speak both English and Spanish.
