A well-established, high-volume scratch kitchen restaurant is seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Kitchen Manager to lead daily back-of-house operations. Restaurant Kitchen Manager Benefits/Compensation:

Restaurant Kitchen Manager Requirements/Responsibilities:
- 3+ years full-service Restaurant Kitchen Manager experience in $3M+ operations
- Oversee BOH operations in a scratch kitchen, high-volume environment
- Lead and develop a team of 15-20+ employees
- Implement and enforce systems, SOPs, and performance tracking
- Ensure exceptional service, cleanliness, and team accountability
- Control labor & food costs using structured KPIs
- Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
