Luxury Hotel Director of Sales Qualifications:
- 5+ years in Sales in a Luxury Hotel environment
- Bachelor's degree in business management or related field highly preferred
- Proven track record of developing high-level business
- Excellent relationship builder with consortia, luxury travel agencies, wholesalers, and tour operators
- Collaborative team leader who inspires and motivates the team to be the best
- Cross-functional collaborator who works well with other departments and leaders
Luxury Hotel Director of Sales Responsibilities:
- Manage sales team members with integrity and consistency
- Forge strong relationships with Consortia and other accounts
- Find and develop relationships with new accounts
- Host, Direct, and present to FAM tours, site inspections, and educational tours
- Effectively promote and cross-sell outlets and revenue centers
- Other duties as assigned
