Seeking an experienced and passionate Restaurant General Manager to lead daily operations and drive exceptional guest experiences. This role will be based in Yorkville.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of front- and back-of-house operations
- Lead, train, and inspire a high-performing team
- Maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and food quality
- Manage scheduling, inventory, budgeting, and vendor relationships
- Collaborate with ownership to implement promotions and uphold brand standards
Requirements:
- Minimum 4–5 years of experience in a managerial role within a full-service restaurant
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Working knowledge or understanding of the Italian language (required)
- Proven ability to manage in a fast-paced, high-standards environment
- Passion for Italian cuisine and hospitality excellence
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary of CAD $70,000—$75,000 per year
- Approximate gratuity earnings of CAD $20,000 annually
