What You’ll Do
- Lead day-to-day culinary operations with professionalism, humility, and a strong work ethic
- Mentor and support a skilled sous chef and kitchen team, fostering growth and collaboration
- Ensure consistent execution of high-quality dishes aligned with the restaurant’s vision
- Oversee weekly inventory, food costing, and kitchen systems to achieve operational targets
- Partner with leadership in maintaining a positive, supportive, and respectful kitchen environment
What We’re Looking For
- Proven management experience in independent restaurants (corporate-only backgrounds will not be considered)
- A leadership style that is mature, ego-free, and team-focused
- Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to mentor and inspire
- Bilingual candidates (English/Spanish) strongly encouraged to apply
- Ability to balance excellence with efficiency in a high-volume, quality-driven environment
