We’re seeking a Director of Off-Premise Sales to lead and grow all third-party delivery and catering channels (DoorDash, Uber Eats, Grubhub, EZ Cater + more). This role will own vendor relationships, oversee marketing spend, analyze performance, and partner with internal teams to drive profitable sales growth.
Director of Off-Premise Sales Responsibilities:
- Manage & grow all delivery/catering partnerships
- Optimize marketing budgets & promotions
- Analyze sales data to spot growth opportunities
- Collaborate with Culinary, Marketing & Operations
- Build strong vendor relationships
Director of Off-Premise Sales Qualifications:
- 5+ years in restaurant/hospitality/off-premise sales
- Proven results in driving revenue & managing budgets
- Strong analytical and relationship-building skills
- Experience with third-party platforms, a big plus
