Assistant General Manager Requirements/Qualifications:
- 2+ years in a restaurant management role (experience in full-service restaurant preferred)
- Have open availability including early mornings, closing shifts, holidays, and weekends
- A positive attitude with a sincere passion for creating a remarkable guest experience
- Highly organized and efficient – ability to work quickly while maintaining quality standards
- Genuine passion for food + drink made with the highest quality ingredients
- High energy with strong ability to multi-task, thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Highly organized, with incredible attention to detail and strong time management skills
- Great communication skills, ability to work with diverse personality types
- Coachable and open to feedback, committed to continuous improvement
- ServSafe Manager’s Certification required
- Knowledge of Toast POS, 7-Shifts – supplier ordering platforms is ideal
- Experience in take-out and 3rd party delivery
- Familiarity with beer, wine and spirits
