General Manager – Catering Operations
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead operations for a fast-growing Catering Company. This individual will play a critical role in shaping organizational strategy, driving business growth, and ensuring excellence in client experience.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the Executive Team to establish and execute organizational vision, operational strategy, and hiring initiatives.
- Oversee business operations including sales, marketing, and client relations—both internal and external.
- Translate company strategy into actionable performance goals for all departments.
- Drive budgeted growth and profitability while maintaining alignment with company culture and core values.
- Lead the executive and management teams in executing company objectives, policies, and operational standards.
- Identify and pursue new products, services, and market opportunities to expand the business.
- Ensure seamless execution of off-premise catering operations with a focus on quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive hospitality industry experience.
- Minimum of 5 years in off-premise catering operations.
- Proven executive-level leadership experience, including team development and strategic planning.
- Track record of successfully executing business expansion initiatives.
- Strong alignment with the organization’s Core Values.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and related business tools.
