Job Title: Lead Physical Therapist
Location: Las Vegas, Nevada (Zip code: 89106)
Salary Range: $100,000 – $110,000 annually, plus quarterly bonuses
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Lead Physical Therapist to join a growing outpatient practice in Las Vegas. This is a dynamic leadership opportunity ideal for a licensed physical therapist with a strong clinical background, an eye for operational excellence, and a passion for helping others thrive in a collaborative and supportive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality, evidence-based care in an outpatient setting
- Supervise and support PTAs, PT technicians, massage therapists, and front office staff
- Ensure compliance with EMR documentation and clinic protocols, HIPAA compliance
- Promote a positive and productive work environment through hands-on leadership
- Assist with workflow improvements, patient engagement, and community outreach initiatives
- Participate in the business development and clinical expansion of the practice
Ideal Candidate Will:
- Demonstrate strong documentation skills and fluency in EMR systems
- Exhibit excellent interpersonal and leadership qualities with both patients and staff
- Show initiative and professionalism in all aspects of clinical care and operations
- Be motivated to help grow the business while maintaining clinical excellence
- Preferably be bilingual (English/Spanish) to better serve a diverse patient population
Physical Therapist Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough assessments of patients' medical history, current physical condition, and goals for therapy
- Use diagnostic tests and tools, such as X-rays or MRI, as needed
- Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to the individual needs and goals of each patient
- Provide hands-on manual therapy techniques such as massage, joint mobilization, and soft tissue manipulation
- Utilize modalities like ultrasound, electrical stimulation, and heat/cold therapy as part of treatment
- Develop strategies to manage and alleviate pain through therapeutic interventions and exercises
- Educate patients on pain management techniques and lifestyle modifications
- Chart detailed records of patient evaluations, treatments, and outcomes
- Coordinate patient care
- Recommend and prescribe assistive devices or adaptive equipment as needed
- Develop home exercise programs that allow patients to continue their rehabilitation independently
- Stay current with advancements in physical therapy through ongoing education and research
- Apply evidence-based practices to improve patient outcomes
- Uphold ethical standards and maintain patient confidentiality
- Comply with all relevant laws and regulations governing physical therapy practice
Qualifications:
- Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Nevada (or eligible to obtain)
- Master's or Doctoral-level education
- 3+ years of clinical experience in an outpatient setting strongly preferred
- Prior supervisory or team leadership experience is a plus
- Strong orthopedic and manual therapy background encouraged
Compensation & Benefits Overview:
- Base Salary: $100,000 – $110,000 (based on experience)
- Quarterly productivity bonus equal to 3% of base salary, based on 19–20 visits/day

- Relocation assistance up to $5,000
- Paid federal holidays and up to 20 days of PTO annually (approx. 1 month)
- Continuing Education Unit (CEU) and license reimbursement
