Account Manager Job Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure retention and satisfaction.
- Service a book of personal lines business, including policy renewals, endorsements, and new placements.
- Market and place both new and renewal business with appropriate carriers.
- Identify opportunities for account growth and cross-selling to existing and prospective clients.
- Act as the primary liaison between clients, prospects, and multiple insurance carriers.
- Maintain accurate and organized client records in secure systems.
Account Manager Job Requirements:
- Current Property & Casualty insurance license required.
- Strong team player with empathy, persuasion, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn, be coachable, and take initiative.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management abilities.
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency.
