We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent with ground-up commercial construction experience to lead the build of a 4-story facility. This is a critical leadership position for someone who understands how to take a structure from dirt to delivery.
You will oversee daily site operations, coordinate trades, enforce safety, and ensure quality from start to finish. We’re looking for someone who thrives in the field, takes pride in their job site, and delivers on time and on budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise all onsite construction activities from groundbreaking through completion.
- Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, inspections, and materials.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety protocols, and project specs.
- Communicate daily with project managers, clients, inspectors, and vendors.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized job site.
- Track and report project progress, risks, and key milestones.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent on ground-up commercial construction projects.
- Proven success managing full builds, ideally with structural steel and multi-story construction.
- Experience with storage facilities, industrial, or light commercial builds is a plus.
- OSHA 30 certification (or ability to obtain).
- Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, site logistics, and safety compliance.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
