Restaurant District Manager – Requirements & Qualifications (Must Haves)
• 3–5 years of multi-unit management experience in QSR or Fast Casual restaurants
• Proven ability to recruit, train, and develop restaurant managers and teams
• Demonstrated success in driving customer satisfaction and operational performance across multiple locations
• Strong financial acumen with experience in cost analysis, budgeting, and meeting/exceeding P&L goals
• Ability to instill urgency around customer service and brand standards
• Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
• Available to travel within the assigned district to oversee restaurant operations
Restaurant District Manager – Preferred Background & Skills (Nice to Haves)
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Finance, or a related field (preferred but not required)
• Experience implementing servant-leadership approaches to build high-performing teams
• Track record of growing sales through creative strategies and market awareness
• Strong motivational and mentoring style with the ability to foster a culture of learning and accountability
