What You’ll Do:
- Run high-energy shifts and keep operations on point
- Support hiring, training, and coaching of crew members
- Ensure top-notch customer experiences and team morale
- Assist with business planning, inventory, labor, and safety compliance
- Drive performance and help grow the brand
What You Bring:
- 1–3 years of restaurant leadership experience (QSR preferred)
- Strong handle on food safety, labor, and cost controls
- ServSafe certification (or ability to get certified)
