Litigation Attorney Job Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of commercial and real estate litigation matters with minimal supervision.
- Prepare and draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents with precision and clarity.
- Conduct depositions, hearings, and some trial work as needed.
- Provide clear, fact-based legal advice to clients throughout all stages of litigation.
- Collaborate with team members to develop effective legal strategies and achieve favorable outcomes.
- Maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and exceptional service.
Litigation Attorney Job Requirements:
- Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school.
- Licensed to practice law in Colorado (California license a plus).
- 4–10 years of active litigation experience in commercial and/or real estate matters in Colorado state courts.
- Strong legal writing and analytical skills with the ability to evaluate and execute strategic solutions.
- Proven ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a team environment.
- Professional demeanor, sound judgment, and a commitment to excellence.
Litigation Attorney Job Benefits:
- Competitive salary range: $150,000–$170,000, plus annual bonus potential of $12,000–$35,000.
