This sophisticated fine dining Group is seeking an experienced Director of Operations to join our team. Organization, communication, and leadership skills must be second to none, and you must enjoy leading a team with elegance, poise, and professionalism.
Director of Operations Objectives:
- Collaborate with leadership on development and growth plans
- Set strategic goals for operational efficiency and increased productivity
- Work closely with ownership on new initiatives and projects
- Analyze current operational processes and performance, recommending solutions for improvement when necessary
Director of Operations Qualifications:
- 5-10 years in a senior leadership role
- Michelin / Forbes background
- Hands-on leader
- Well-versed in all areas of finance, guest satisfaction, production, and employee management and retention
- Proven ability to plan and manage the operational process for maximum efficiency and productivity
