Banquet Sous Chef Qualifications:
- 5+ years of culinary experience either in a private club or luxury hotel
- Experience managing a high-volume, multi-outlet scratch kitchen
- Banquet planning experience required
- Butchering and menu development experience required
- Country club experience preferred
- Strong work ethic, and excellent communication skills
