Head of Customer Experience
We’re a fast-growing travel platform redefining protection on the go. We’re looking for a Head of Customer Experience to lead and scale our CX operations.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and mentor global CX teams
- Build and execute an omni-channel CX strategy
- Drive operational excellence and use data/tech to scale
- Champion the voice of the customer across the company
What We’re Looking For
- 7+ years leading CX or call center operations (50–100+ reps)
- Experience scaling B2C, omni-channel teams
- Data-driven, tech-forward leader
- Startup/high-growth experience strongly preferred
