Marketing Operations Manager

Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Casino Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience developing and analyzing gaming promotions
- Prior casino management experience required
- At least 5 years of supervisory or management experience in Marketing, Guest Services, or Player Development
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and casino management systems
- Strong organizational, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Gaming License
- Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts
Must Haves:
- Lead and mentor a multi-disciplinary marketing team including promotions, guest services, design, social media, and database coordination
- Oversee the creation and execution of unique, guest-delighting promotions
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely production of marketing collateral
- Support cross-departmental marketing needs and ensure alignment with brand standards
- Prepare and analyze marketing data to inform strategic decisions
- Resolve guest complaints with professionalism and tact
- Implement SOPs and support team member career development
Preferred Background & Skills:
- Experience working with advertising agencies and graphic designers
- Familiarity with the production process for marketing materials
- Proven success in digital marketing, direct mail, social media, and budgeting
- Strong financial planning and profitability analysis skills
- Sensitivity to Native American culture and values
