We’re seeking a strategic and service-driven Beverage Director to lead all aspects of our beverage program, from menu development and vendor relations to staff training and guest engagement. This is a unique opportunity to shape a best-in-class wine, beer, and non-alcoholic program in a stunning California location.
Beverage Director Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary Range: $120,000–$135,000

Beverage Director Responsibilities & Qualifications:
- Beverage Program Development
- Create and maintain seasonal, brand-aligned beverage menus
- Innovate offerings in wine, beer, and non-alcoholic categories
- Oversee daily beverage operations across all outlets
- Ensure quality, consistency, and compliance with health regulations
- Manage inventory, cost of goods, and vendor partnerships
- Conduct audits and maximize profitability through strategic sourcing
- Hire, train, and develop sommeliers and beverage team members
- Host tastings and workshops to build product knowledge
- Maintain a strong floor presence and lead by example during service
- Address guest feedback related to beverages with a solutions-first mindset
- 5+ years of progressive experience in beverage leadership
- Background in fine dining, luxury hospitality, or high-volume operations
- Advanced wine and beverage knowledge; WSET, CMS, or Cicerone certification preferred
- Strong financial acumen and budget management experience
- Proven team leadership and interpersonal communication skills
