General Manager Requirements & Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of General Manager experience in a high-volume ($8MM+ annual sales) upscale casual steakhouse or fine dining restaurant.
- Seeking people with 8 years+ of restaurant experience.
- Day-to-day operations for the front of the house with a focus on quality and consistency
- Proven ability to lead and develop staff in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in leading large teams as a cohesive unit with shared goals
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage (wine) operations, financial performance, and service standards
- Amazing written and verbal Communicator – Can plan and communicate effectively with the team
- Exceptional Work Ethic – someone who is hands-on with a solid background
- Problem Solver – can effectively lead the team, thinking positively and proactively to handle any obstacles and solve potential issues that may arise
- Passionate About the Hospitality Industry – You must have an ownership mentality and manage employees while ensuring guests are always number one!
- Proficient with Microsoft Office 365
