We are seeking an experienced and motivated Event Sales Manager to join our team at Dynamo Room, an exciting new restaurant opening soon. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, building strong client relationships, and driving event sales to ensure the success and growth of our new concept.

Event Sales Manager Responsibilities:
- Generate Leads: Build a strong client pipeline through past contacts, networking, referrals, online marketing, and industry events.
- Client Engagement: Conduct walkthroughs with clients and planners, understand their vision, and provide expert recommendations.
- Proposals & Contracts: Develop customized event proposals, negotiate terms, and secure new business.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate long-term client relationships to encourage repeat events and referrals.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with FOH, BOH, and the events team to ensure seamless event execution.
- Market Awareness: Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor offerings to continuously enhance our services.
- Event Support: Be present on-site during events to welcome clients and ensure smooth handoff to operations teams.
Event Sales Manager Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in event sales, catering sales, or hospitality sales in a fine-dining restaurant with a strong track record of success.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Experience with Tripleseat is a plus.
- Passion for hospitality and creating memorable client experiences.
