We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead our new luxury retail store in Frisco, Texas. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in retail leadership, with a passion for luxury goods and a commitment to exceptional customer service.

Retail General Manager Responsibilities:

– Oversee the day-to-day operations of the retail store, ensuring a high standard of customer service and operational efficiency.

– Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.

– Implement strategies to achieve sales goals and enhance the customer shopping experience.

– Manage inventory levels and ensure the visual presentation of the store reflects the brand's luxury image.

– Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors and corporate partners.

– Analyze sales reports and market trends to identify growth opportunities and improve store performance.

– Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and brand standards.

– Train and develop staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and exceptional customer service practices.

Retail General Manager Qualifications:

– Minimum of 5 years of retail leadership experience, preferably in the luxury sector.

– Strong understanding of retail operations, financial performance metrics, and inventory management.

– Excellent leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.

– Hiring and recruitment experience

– Proven ability to drive sales and enhance customer experience.
