Commercial Construction Superintendent

Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day on-site operations for commercial construction projects (ground-up and interiors)
- Coordinate project schedules, subcontractors, materials, and inspections to ensure quality and timeliness
- Interpret and enforce project drawings, specs, codes, and safety standards
- Serve as the main on-site point of contact for project stakeholders and trades
- Conduct daily safety meetings and enforce job site cleanliness and compliance
- Develop punch lists, manage corrective work, and maintain a high-quality finish
- Proactively manage risks and adapt to project challenges with a solution-oriented mindset
- Report progress, issues, and resource needs to project management and clients
- Arrive early to set the tone for productivity, collaboration, and team morale
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial construction experience; 2+ years in a superintendent role preferred
- Strong knowledge of site work, steel erection, wood framing, CMU, tilt-up, and commercial TIs
- Familiar with Procore, MS Project, Office 365, and construction documentation (RFIs, submittals, change orders)
- OSHA 30 and Procore certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Valid driver’s license required
