Sou Chef Dream Job Alert! – Great Work/Life Balance
We are seeking an experienced Sous Chef to oversee and execute day-to-day culinary operations while delivering high-quality and creative breakfast items and lunches to a single private company. If this sounds like the opportunity you've been waiting for, we want to meet you today!

Sous Chef Must-Haves:
- Minimum of three years as a Sous Chef (high volume catering or restaurant)
- Ability to speak Spanish and English is strongly preferred
- A culinary degree or equivalent certification is a plus
- Background in production
- Strong leadership and team management skills – Ability to hold your team accountable to high expectations
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience with inventory management, ordering, and working with vendors
- Creativity & menu development, focus on quality
- Familiarity with managing a team of 10 and overseeing entire kitchen operation
- Strong understanding of financials, budgets, and cost control
- Ability to recruit, train, and supervise a strong and talented kitchen team
- Strong eye for quality and upholding high standards of quality as well as cleanliness
- Ability to gather feedback and make adjustments accordingly
- Ability to pass a drug screening and background check
