Join a dynamic and growing plaintiff-side employment law firm as an Employment Law Attorney leading our growing Mass Arbitration Department. This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for a seasoned litigator with significant experience in employment law, particularly wage and hour violations, PAGA actions, and large-scale arbitration matters. Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive salary range: $200,000 – $240,000, depending on experience

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a legal team focused on high-volume mass arbitrations involving wage and hour claims, including FLSA and PAGA matters.
- Oversee all stages of arbitration—from strategy development and pleadings through discovery, motion practice, hearings, and resolution.
- Supervise and review arbitration demands, motions, discovery responses, settlement agreements, and related filings to ensure high-quality, consistent legal work.
- Collaborate with the intake and operations teams to ensure efficient case transitions and preparedness.
- Develop and optimize workflows, templates, and case management systems to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Ensure procedural compliance with arbitration providers (AAA, JAMS), including mass arbitration protocols and batching requirements.
- Represent clients in arbitration hearings and provide litigation support for complex or high-value cases.
- Mentor junior attorneys and foster professional growth through hands-on training and feedback.
- Provide regular performance metrics, outcome reports, and strategic insights to firm leadership.
Requirements:
- Active member of the California Bar.
- 7+ years of experience in employment law litigation, including substantial exposure to wage and hour, class action, and PAGA matters.
- Demonstrated success leading legal teams and managing attorneys or legal staff.
- Significant experience handling arbitration matters, including mass or batch arbitrations through AAA or JAMS.
- Strong advocacy, writing, and negotiation skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to thrive in a deadline-driven, high-volume environment.
- A collaborative and proactive mindset with a passion for innovation and process improvement.
