Kitchen Manager – Requirements & Qualifications
· Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a leadership role in a high-volume kitchen
· Proven background in savory food production and BOH operations
· Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills
· Able to work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
· ServSafe certified and knowledgeable in health code regulations and food safety standards
Kitchen Manager – Preferred Background & Skills
· Skilled in executing food prep, production, and service to brand standards
· Experience managing inventory, ordering, and working with approved vendors
· Ability to train, develop, and lead kitchen teams across multiple stations
· Familiar with recipe adherence, portion control, and waste reduction systems
· Strong collaboration with FOH leaders to support seamless service execution
· Capable of identifying and resolving kitchen issues in real time
· Focused on improving profitability and managing labor/food cost targets
· Comfortable with shift coverage across multiple kitchen roles and team supervision
