With over ten thriving locations in the fast-casual and casual dining space, we’re seeking a results-driven Director of Operations to help us scale with excellence and lead our teams to the next level.

Director of Operations – Requirements & Qualifications:
- 7–10 years of multi-unit operations leadership in the restaurant industry
- Experience across both fast-casual and casual dining segments
- Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L analysis
- Demonstrated success leading teams and developing talent
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Proven ability to drive consistency, improve efficiencies, and exceed performance metrics
Must Haves:
- Lead and support General Managers across multiple units
- Monitor performance metrics and take action to ensure locations meet/exceed goals
- Oversee and optimize daily operations to align with brand standards
- Recruit, coach, and retain high-performing leadership teams
- Create and implement SOPs, systems, and best practices to streamline operations
- Partner with senior leadership on strategic growth and market expansion
- Champion a strong internal culture focused on accountability, hospitality, and results
Preferred Background & Skills:
- Experience scaling operations within a high-growth restaurant group
- Background in both corporate and franchised restaurant environments is a plus
- Hands-on, approachable leadership style with a passion for mentoring
- Tech-savvy with comfort using systems for scheduling, inventory, and reporting
- Commitment to creating positive guest experiences through operational excellence
