Seeking a field-based, results-driven Hotel Sales Manager to lead direct sales efforts for two of our properties located in Tulsa, OK and Rogers, AR. This is a boots-on-the-ground role focused on increasing occupancy through proactive, relationship-driven sales.
Sales Manager Qualifications:
- Prospect and cold call to generate new extended stay business.
- Conduct 3.5–4 full days per week of in-person sales activity.
- Build and maintain relationships with key accounts (corporate, construction, relocation, medical, etc.).
- Identify and secure group and long-term stay opportunities.
- Maintain an active pipeline and report weekly activity via HubSpot CRM.
- Collaborate with hotel GMs and revenue teams to align pricing and availability.
- Represent the hotels at business events and within the local community.
Sales Manager Requirements:
- 1–3 years of hotel sales experience, preferably in extended stay.
- Proven track record of generating and closing new business.
- Knowledge of Tulsa and/or Northwest Arkansas markets, a plus.
- Highly self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Strong communication, relationship, and time management skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
