Benefits and Compensation:
- Base salary: $100,000–$115,000
- Geo Premium: Additional 20% (up to $138,000 total base) based on location
- Bonus: 50% quarterly bonus eligibility
- Equity: $10,000 annual equity plan

Director of Operations Requirements & Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in full-service restaurants, hotels, golf course management, or large-scale entertainment venues
- 5+ years in a Director of Operations, Area Manager, or Multi-Unit General Manager role
- Proven ability to manage a P&L of $21M+ annually
- Demonstrated success leading a diverse management team that includes:
- Sales
- Event operations
- Human Resources
- Food & Beverage
- Facilities/Maintenance
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with a hands-on, people-first management style
- Ability to drive service excellence, team performance, and operational consistency in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Passion for hospitality, guest satisfaction, and creating a vibrant team culture
Preferred Background & Skills
- Experience in experiential hospitality, retail, or entertainment venues (e.g., Dave & Buster’s, Bowlero, Main Event)
- Proven leadership of 100+ team members in a large-scale, guest-centric environment
- Bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality, or a related field (preferred)
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
