Restaurant Manager Requirements:
- Prior management experience

- Strong attention to detail and a hands-on management style
- Focus on supporting the team to create outstanding guest experiences
- Night and weekend availability – flexible schedule
Assistant Manager Responsibilities:
- Great customer service skills
- Hands-on shift management
- People-focused with strong leadership that strives for people development
- Ability to run efficient shifts and keep staff motivated and engaged
