General Manager – Michelin-Starred Fine Dining, Upper East Side
An iconic fine dining restaurant on the Upper East Side is seeking an accomplished General Manager to lead its front-of-house team. This elegant, French-inspired establishment is part of a world-renowned hospitality group and consistently delivers an exceptional guest experience at the highest level.
The Role:
We are searching for a dynamic and service-obsessed leader who thrives in a refined, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in Michelin-starred restaurants, luxury hospitality, and team development, with a deep understanding of elevated guest service and operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all front-of-house operations to ensure world-class service and hospitality
- Lead, mentor, and support a high-performing team of managers and service staff
- Partner closely with the culinary team to maintain a seamless and memorable guest experience
- Uphold and exceed standards expected at the Michelin level
- Manage labor, scheduling, P&L, and service flow with precision
- Cultivate a warm, gracious, and professional dining environment
Requirements:
- Must have experience working in a Michelin-starred restaurant
- Minimum 5 years in fine dining leadership roles, preferably in NYC
- In-depth knowledge of French cuisine, fine wine, and elevated service culture preferred
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Ability to lead by example and maintain poise under pressure
