We’re launching an exciting new restaurant in the heart of a harbor town in Door County, Wisconsin—and we’re looking for a skilled Sous Chef to join our opening team. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in shaping a fresh culinary concept in one of the Midwest’s most scenic and charming destinations.

Our concept blends two dining experiences under one roof: a casual, lively bar on the main floor and a refined, design-forward dining space upstairs. The kitchen focuses on wood-fired techniques and a menu built around seasonal, locally sourced ingredients. It’s a collaborative environment with high standards and a strong sense of team.
