General Manager Responsibilities:
- Lead a high-performing team with an owner’s mindset
- Drive sales, manage P&L (must have $4M+ experience)
- Run daily ops and optimize processes
- Deliver memorable guest experiences
- MUST Execute local marketing and build community ties
- Enforce safety protocols and train the team
- Solve issues with professionalism and care
- Analyze performance metrics and make data-driven improvements
General Manager Qualifications:
- 5 years as GM in a high-volume, customer-first environment
- Strong leadership, people development, and business acumen
- Clear communicator and energetic motivator
- Background in local marketing efforts to drive new revenue
