Seeking an experienced Catering Executive Chef for a high volume production kitchen. Someone who is exceptionally detail oriented, setting the highest standards and role modeling team leadership. Superb compensation package on offer.
Executive Chef Responsibilities:
- Ultimate responsibility for overseeing production, quality control and recipe adherence.
- Maintain a pristine establishment that exceeds all Health Department regulations.
- Deliver exceptional cost controls by constantly monitoring and overseeing a sizeable product inventory
Executive Chef Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role in high volume catering or event space
- Demonstrated competence in managing a large inventory.
- Contribute towards recipe creation.
- Mentorship to 20+ Sous Chefs and Team Members.
Executive Chef Benefits:
