We are seeking a Corporate Chef who is a seasoned kitchen leader with the humility to observe and the confidence to support and oversee all our unique concepts for our design-driven hospitality company.
Corporate Chef Benefits and Compensation:

Corporate Chef Responsibilities and Qualifications:
- Align daily with the Executive Chef on culinary goals and operations.
- Observe and evaluate kitchen systems across all venues.
- Support consistent food quality, prep, and plating standards.
- Help manage scheduling, staffing, and chef relief.
- Lead recipe testing, costing, and implementation.
- Support inventory, equipment maintenance, and vendor management.
- Mentor kitchen staff and encourage professional growth.
- Promote a culture of respect, collaboration, and accountability.
- Proven leadership in high-volume or multi-unit kitchens.
- Experience with restaurant openings and kitchen systems.
- Strong operational, mentoring, and communication skills.
- Calm under pressure and committed to team well-being.
- Flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
