Employment Litigation Attorney – Morristown

A highly respected plaintiff-side employment law firm is seeking a talented Employment Litigation Attorney to join its well-established and forward-thinking team.

This top-tier practice is led by former defense counsel, offering clients a strategic and comprehensive approach to workplace litigation. The ideal candidate will bring a strong employment law foundation, particularly from a defense perspective, and a record of successful case outcomes.

Employment Litigation Attorney Qualifications/Responsibilities:

· J.D. from an accredited U.S. law school

· Active member of the New Jersey Bar in good standing

· 4–8 years of litigation experience focused on employment law, including trial and defense work

· Deep understanding of New Jersey employment statutes and case law

· Demonstrated ability to secure favorable settlements for clients

· Courtroom proficiency and direct litigation experience

· Exposure to related areas such as personal injury, workers’ comp, and tribal law is a plus

· Strong legal writing and research skills using LexisNexis and Westlaw

· Ongoing commitment to legal education and staying current on relevant legislation

· Full-time availability, Monday–Friday, with flexibility for occasional weekend matters

Employment Litigation Attorney Benefits:

· Competitive base salary ($110,000–$140,000 DOE) plus performance bonuses
