We’re a bold, high-profile, Asian fusion restaurant and looking for an Executive Chef who’s not just talented, but driven, disciplined, and dialed in. This is a leadership role for someone ready to own the kitchen—both creatively and operationally—and help us build something truly great.

Executive Chef – Requirements & Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of experience as a Head Chef or Kitchen Leader in high-volume, high-quality restaurants
- Deep working knowledge of Asian cuisine and fusion concepts
- Strong wok skills are required
- Fluent in English; Spanish-speaking a strong plus
Must Haves:
- Hands-on leader: oversees all BOH operations and builds a culture of accountability, hustle, and consistency
- Operational expert: precise with ordering, prep, inventory, food and labor costs
- Collaborator: works closely with ownership and FOH to elevate performance and guest experience
- Clear-headed and focused: this is a sober, drama-free, high-performance environment
- Creative force: brings bold, authentic energy to seasonal menu creation
